摘要
体外构建的牙菌斑生物膜模型常用于口腔疾病的发病进程研究,本实验参照体外龋病单菌种微生物模型的构建方法,于羟基磷灰石片上首先通过人工唾液培养建立获得性薄膜,再通过在其上定殖变异链球菌,制得体外牙菌斑-羟基磷灰石模型。通过具备夹持、变频往复运动、按压功能的刷牙模拟设备,评测不同样品电动牙刷在不同状态下的牙菌斑清除效果。实验结果表明,体外构建的牙菌斑生物膜模型能够模拟自然状态下口腔牙菌斑生成情况,同时包括样品usmile Y1声波电动牙刷在内的几个实验组均能体现出优异的牙菌斑清除效果。
The dental plaque biofilm model constructed in vitro has often been used to study the pathogenesis of oral diseases.In this experiment,referring to the construction method of the single-bacteria model of dental caries in vitro,the film was acquired on a hydroxyapatite sheet by artificial saliva culture,and then the in-vitro model of dental plaque-hydroxyapatite was prepared by colonizing streptococcus mutans on it.After that,the plaque-removal effects of different electric toothbrushes under different conditions were evaluated by using a toothbrushing-simulation device with clamping,frequency-conversion reciprocating motion and pressing functions.The experimental results show that the plaque biofilm model constructed in vitro can simulate the formation of oral plaque under natural conditions.Several experimental groups,including the sample usmile Y1 acoustic electric toothbrush,can show excellent plaque removal effect.
