数据要素投入的产权分配探讨——基于生产侧视角

Exploring the Property Rights Allocation of Data Factor Inputs:A Production-side Perspective

基于生产者、消费者和数据中介平台三个主体研究数据要素投入及产权分配的不同影响,选取2007—2020年CSMAR数据库A股上市公司相关数据对数字化转型和企业成长之间的关系进行实证分析。研究发现:数据要素投入加速了要素流动,信息更加对称的市场降低了买卖双方的交易成本,提高了其他要素的使用效率、增加产出。而且,在相对完善的市场开放机制前提下,将数据要素的初始产权归属于企业、推进数字化转型更能促进企业成长,以此实现经济增长的倍增效应。

Based on the three subjects of producer,consumer and data intermediary platform,this paper studies the different impacts of data element input and property rights distribution,and selects the relevant data of A-share superior companies in the CSMAR database in 2007 and 2020 to empirically analyze the relationship between digital transformation and enterprise growth.The study find that data factor inputs accelerate the flow of information and resources,reduce the transaction costs of buyers and sellers by establishing an information symmetric market,and at the same time improve the efficiency of using other factors and increase output.Moreover,under the premise of a relatively perfect market opening mechanism,the initial property rights of data elements are attributed to enterprises and the digital transformation is promoted to promote enterprise growth and realize the multiplier effect of economic growth.
