中国数字经济发展水平的时空格局与收敛性研究

Research on the Spatial-Temporal Pattern and Convergence of Digital Economy Development Level in China

基于数字经济理论内涵,构建中国省际数字经济发展评价指标体系,运用熵权加权法进行测度,并借助探索性空间分析法、时空跃迁法、空间杜宾模型对中国2011—2020年数字经济发展水平的空间格局及收敛性进行实证研究。研究发现:中国数字经济发展水平呈逐年上升态势,且区域差异显著,呈东部地区高、中西部地区低的空间分布特征;数字经济整体上存在空间外溢效应和空间格局锁定特征,较难实现跃迁;全国及区域层面的数字经济发展水平均存在α收敛、绝对β收敛和条件β收敛,空间因素可加速其收敛,收敛速度呈东部、西部、中部地区依次减弱。

Based on the connotation of digital economy theory,a digital economy development index system was built to evaluate and measure the regional digital economy development level with entropy weight weighting method.Then,this paper uses the exploratory spatial analysis method,space-time transition method and spatial Durbin model to empirically study the spatial pattern and convergence of China's digital economy development level from 2011 to 2020.The study found that:The development level of China's digital economy has been increasing year by year with significant regional differences,showing the spatial distribution characteristics of high in the east and low in the central and western regions.The overall existence of spatial spillover effects and spatial pattern lock-in characteristics makes it difficult to achieve a transition.There areαconvergence,absoluteβconvergence,and conditionalβconvergence at the national and regional levels.Spatial factors can accelerate the convergence,and the convergence rate decreases in the eastern,western and central regions.
