数字新基建对区域经济协调发展的影响研究

Research on the Influence of New Digital Infrastructure on the Coordinated Development of Regional Economy

数字新基建赋能区域经济协调发展,其发展水平对区域经济协调发展具有重要的影响。选取全国31个省份2011—2020年的面板数据,分析数字新基建影响区域经济协调发展的内在机理,通过一系列模型实证检验了数字新基建对区域经济协调发展的影响,得出以下研究结论:第一,数字新基建能够显著促进经济协调发展,信息基础设施、融合基础设施、创新基础设施对区域经济协调发展的影响均显著为正,贡献度为“信息基础设施>融合基础设施>创新基础设施”。第二,技术创新、产业结构升级是数字新基建赋能经济协调发展的重要作用机制。第三,数字新基建对区域经济协调发展具有正向空间溢出效应,且存在显著区域异质性,数字新基建显著促进了东部地区经济的协调发展。

Digital new infrastructure enables the coordinated development of regional economy,and its development level has an important impact on the coordinated development of regional economy.Using the panel data of 31 provinces in China from 2011 to 2020,this paper analyzes the internal mechanism of the impact of digital new infrastructure on the coordinated development of economy,empirically tests the impact of digital new infrastructure on the coordinated development of regional economy through a series of models,and draws the following conclusions:First,digital new infrastructure can significantly promote the coordinated development of economy,information infrastructure,integration infrastructure The impact of innovation infrastructure on regional coordinated development is significantly positive,with the contribution of information infrastructure>integration infrastructure>innovation infrastructure.Second,technological innovation and industrial structure upgrading are important mechanisms for the coordinated development of the digital new infrastructure enabling economy.Thirdly,the new digital infrastructure has a positive spatial spillover effect on the coordinated development of regional economy,and there is significant regional heterogeneity.The new digital infrastructure has significantly promoted the coordinated development of the eastern region's economy.
