湖北某县城长江大保护项目污水管网碳排放量测算探究

摘要 自2019年长江大保护项目落地实施以来,大量建设的管网已经进入运营期,而城市排水管网是污水收集、输送的重要环节,有机质在漫长的管道输送过程中会产生大量温室气体。针对城市污水收集管网,以我国城镇供水排水协会编制的《城镇水务系统碳核算与减排路径技术指南》为基础,探讨了污水收集管网在建设和运营阶段温室气体的产生来源,并且采用排放因子方法估算碳排放量,根据该方法评估了湖北某县城的长江大保护管网项目的碳排放情况,发现运营期内主要的碳排放来源于化粪池,其年度碳排放比高达58.71%,可以通过优化设计和运营推动管网低碳化管理,并对后续长江大保护项目建设内容设置提出建议。 With implementation of the Yangtze River Protection Project Since 2019,a large number of constructed pipe networks have entered the operation period,and urban drainage pipe networks are an important part of sewage collection and transmission.Organic matter will produce a large amount of greenhouse gases during the long pipeline transportation process.For the urban sewage collection pipe network,this study is based on the Technical Guide for Carbon Accounting and Emission Reduction Paths of Urban Water System prepared by China Urban Water Association,discussed the sources of greenhouse gases generated during the construction and operation period of sewage collection pipe network,and estimated the carbon emissions by using the emission factor method.According to this method,the carbon emissions of the Yangtze River Protection pipe network project in a county in Hubei Province were evaluated.It was found that the main carbon emissions came from the septic tank during the operation period,and the annual carbon emission ratio was as high as 58.71%.The low-carbon management of the pipe network could be promoted by optimizing the design and operation,and put forward suggestions for the construction content of the follow-up Yangtze River protection project.
