摘要
采用真空辅助浸渍法将热致变色复合物(TC)浸渍到纤维素膜(Cellulose film)中,成功制备了可逆的热致变色纤维素膜(TC film)材料,并对热致变色纤维素膜的性能参数进行表征分析。结果表明热致纤维素膜具有合适的相变温度、较大的潜热和良好的热稳定性。更重要的是,热致变色纤维素膜具有优异的可逆热致变色能力,通过颜色从深蓝色到灰白色的变化,可以明显地显示相变过程和温度。优异的可逆热致变色能力和热稳定性使热致变色纤维素膜在保温、装饰、家具和储存等方面有着巨大的应用潜力。
Thermochromic cellulose membrane materials were prepared by vacuum assisted impregnation,and the properties of thermochromic cellulose membrane were characterized.These results showed that the reversible thermotropic cellulose film had appropriate phase transition temperature,large latent heat and good thermal stability.More importantly,the thermochromic cellulose film had excellent reversible thermochromic ability.Through the change of color from dark blue to gray white,the phase transition process and temperature can be obviously observed.Because of the excellent reversible thermochromism ability and thermal stability,thermochromic cellulose films will have great application potential in thermal insulation,decoration,furniture and storage.
