千吨级玉米秸秆水解生产乙酰丙酸乙酯联产糠醛中试系统分析

摘要 以挤压成型后的农业废弃物玉米秸秆为原料,在1000 t/a的生物质水解生产乙酰丙酸乙酯联产糠醛中试系统上进行运行试验。该系统采用两级水解反应,经高温高压酸水解后,得到含糠醛和乙酰丙酸的水解原液。水解液经过分离提纯工艺,可得到纯度为98.70%的糠醛和98.67%的乙酰丙酸产品,其中的乙酰丙酸产品继续与乙醇进行酯化反应,合成乙酰丙酸乙酯。运行结果表明:糠醛收率为62.57%,乙酰丙酸收率为51.07%,乙酰丙酸乙酯酯化收率为90.76%。 The experiment was carried out on the 1000-tons scale of biomass hydrolysis of ethyl propionate and the production of furfural from the agricultural waste.The system uses two hydrolysis reaction,with high temperature and high pressure after acid hydrolysis,the hydrolysis solution is obtained containing furfural and levulinic acid.Hydrolysate after separation and purification process,the purity for 98.70%of furfural and purity for 98.67%of levulinic acid products were obtained,and the levulinic acid products continued its esterification reaction to ethanol,synthesized ethyl levulinate.The results showed that the yield of furfural was 62.57%,the yield of acetic acid was 51.07%,and the esterification yield of ethyl levulinic acid was 90.76%.
