This paper introduces a research and development solution for LED lamp production line based on flexible manufacturing and intelligent production line technology.This solution adopts advanced technologies such as collaborative robots and MES system to realize flexible production,efficient manufacturing and intelligent management.The paper first introduces the production and market status of LED lamps,and then analyzes the problems and challenges of traditional production lines.Then,the concepts,principles and advantages of flexible manufacturing and intelligent production lines are elaborated,and the application of collaborative robots and Manufacturing Execution System(MES)in the production line is introduced in detail.Finally,a flexible intelligent production line for LED luminaires is designed and implemented.The results show that the production line has high production efficiency,flexibility and intelligence,can meet the customization needs of different customers,and has broad market prospects.
