Introduction and Discussion of the New TM-21 Algorithm and an Algorithm Improvement Scheme

文章针对LED的流明维持寿命,介绍了北美照明学会发布的基于LM-80数据预测LED的流明维持寿命的算法标准TM-21的最近3个版本,比较和分析不同版本提供的算法差异对LED的流明维持寿命计算的影响。介绍了基于TM-21算法计算LED分布寿命的原理,提出了笔者认为更实用的TM-21算法改进方案,指出LED器件的寿命与LED照明产品寿命之间的关系。为广大照明厂商计算和评估LED照明产品的寿命提供指引。

Aiming at the lumen maintenance lifetime of LED,this paper introduces the algorithm for predicting the lumen maintenance lifetime of LED based on LM-80 data published by the Illuminating Engineering Society North American,the latest three versions of TM-21,compares and analyzes the impact of algorithm differences provided by different versions on the lumen maintenance lifetime calculation of LED.This paper introduces the principle of calculating LED distribution lifetime based on TM-21 algorithm,puts forward a more practical improvement scheme of TM-21 algorithm,and points out the relationship between the lifetime of LED devices and the lifetime of LED lighting products.It provides guidance for lighting manufacturers to calculate and evaluate the lifetime of LED lighting products.
