性能优异的贴片式ZnO压敏电阻

摘要 开发了一款新型贴片ZnO压敏电阻,采用单层压敏陶瓷片,制造的贴片压敏电阻吸收能量密度大,可用于中高电压回路。其银电极边缘覆盖一层绝缘防水色环,经过多次脉冲后,该防水绝缘色环仍然紧密结合,可靠性良好。直接将高焦耳压敏电阻片贴于PCB板,使得其性能、成本更优于塑封型贴片压敏电阻或者层叠式压敏电阻,由于其良好的散热性能,其性能亦优于插件型压敏电阻。 A novel Surface-Mounted-Device(SMD)ZnO varistor is developed.The product uses a single-layer varistor ceramic chip.This SMD varistor has high density of energy absorption,and can be used in the higher voltage circuit.The edge of its silver electrode is covered with an insulated waterproof colour ring,and after multiple pulses,the waterproof insulating material attached to the varistor is still tightly bonded and has good reliability.And the high joule varistor is directly mounted to the PCB board,so that its performance and price are better than plastic-moulding SMD varistors or MLCC varistors,and its performance is also better than DIP varistors due to its good heat dissipating capability.
