LED光合光子效率的理论极限

Theoretical Limit of LED Photosynthetic Photon Efficiency

摘要 文章针对LED的植物照明应用,推导分析了该应用主要的能效评价指标光合光子效率的理论极限。介绍了当前逼近该极限的主要技术手段,并具体提出三星LED通过采用峰值波长437 nm倒装芯片的技术,逼近该极限的原理和实际种植效果。为广大植物照明厂商评价和选型植物照明LED器件提供指引。 Aiming at the application of LED in horticulture lighting,this paper deduces and analyzes the theoretical limit of photosynthetic photon efficiency,the main energy efficiency characterization parameter of the application.The main technical methods to approach the limit are introduced,and the principle and actual planting effect of Samsung LED approaching the limit by using the flip chip technology with the peak wavelength of 437 nm are specifically proposed.Provide guidance for the majority of horticulture lighting manufacturers to evaluate and select horticulture lighting LED packages.
