摘要
为兼顾虚拟电厂运营过程中的经济性和低碳性,提出一种基于阶梯碳交易的电转气虚拟电厂低碳经济调度模型。首先,将碳交易机制引入虚拟电厂中,构建划分碳排放区间的阶梯型碳交易计算模型;然后,考虑电转气接入后的吸碳特性,提出电转气参与碳市场交易的激励机制,从而完善实际的碳排放模型;接着,综合考虑运行成本、能源成本及碳交易成本,建立适用于虚拟电厂的低碳经济调度模型;最后,通过设置多个调度场景进行分析,验证了本文所提出的碳交易机制在虚拟电厂低碳经济运行方面的有效性。
To strike a balance between the economy and low carbon in the operation of a virtual power plant(VPP),a low carbon economic dispatching model for power-to-gas(P2G)VPP based on stepped carbon trading is proposed.First,the carbon trading mechanism is introduced into the VPP,and a stepped carbon trading calculation model is con⁃structed to divide the carbon emission intervals.Second,the carbon absorption characteristics of P2G are considered,and an incentive mechanism for P2G to participate in carbon market trading is proposed to improve the actual carbon emission model.Third,the operating cost,the cost of purchased energy and the carbon trading cost are considered com⁃prehensively,and a low-carbon economic dispatching model is establishedfor the VPP.Finally,by setting up several dispatching scenarios,the analysis result verifies the effectiveness of the formulated carbon trading mechanism in terms of low carbon economic operation of VPP.
