基于“脾虚、毒侵、瘀阻”论治胃息肉

Treatment of Gastric Polyps Based on“Spleen Deficiency,Poison Invasion and Blood Stasis”

胃息肉的治疗方法目前以西医镜下治疗为主,但西医治疗不能有效预防息肉复发。文章基于“脾虚、毒侵、瘀阻”理论从既病防变和愈后防复的角度论治。脾虚是起病之源,毒侵是发病之变,瘀阻是恶变之机,抓住病机演变的主要矛盾,治疗或重在健脾醒脾,或解毒化浊,或通络活血,以调整机体内在环境,降低胃息肉的复发与恶变机率。

The treatment of gastric polyps is currently dominated by Western medicine under the microscope,but western medicine treatment cannot effectively prevent polyp recurrence.Based on the theory of“spleen deficiency,poisonous invasion,and blood stasis”,this paper discusses the treatment from the perspective of preventing changes in the disease and preventing relapse after recovery.Spleen deficiency is the source of the disease,toxicity is the change of the disease,stasis is an opportunity for malignant transformation,grasp the main contradiction in the evolution of pathogenesis,treatment or concentration of spleen and dampness,or detox,or dredging collaterals and promoting blood circulation,in order to adjust the internal environment of the body,reduce the recurrence and malignant transformation probability of gastric polyps.
