摘要
气的升降出入运动是维持人体生命活动的原动力,其与人体的生理病理变化关系密切。本研究基于中医古籍文献理论,梳理气机升降在脑病相关疾病中的辨治思路,探讨气机升降学说对于三种临床典型脑病(眩晕、抑郁、中风)的启示和应用,为进一步探索中医脑病的病机、创新治疗方法、改善临床疗效提供思路与理论依据。
The ascending and descending movement of Qi is the motive force to maintain human life activities,which is closely related to the occurrence,development,outcome and prognosis of encephalopathy.Based on the theories of ancient books and documents of traditional Chinese medicine,this study combs the differentiation and treatment of Qi mechanism in encephalopathy related diseases,discusses the inspiration and application of Qi mechanism theory to three typical encephalopathy,depression,stroke,and provides a theoretical basis for further exploring the pathogenesis of TCM encephalopathy,innovating treatment methods and improving clinical treatment effects.
