文章介绍孔凡芬主任基于“阳化气,阴成形”理论内涵辨治便秘的诊疗思路、遣方用药特点。孔凡芬主任认为“阳化气,阴成形”功能失调是便秘发病的主要病机,“阳化气”不足,以脾阳、肾阳亏虚为主,阳化气不足而导致属阴的病理产物如痰饮、水湿、瘀血等形成过多,阻滞于下焦,最终发为便秘。孔凡芬主任认为便秘的证候多以虚实夹杂为主,注重标本兼治;临床治疗立足于三期三法的原则,根据多年的临床经验自拟健脾通便汤,临证灵活加减运用,疗效显著。
