云南吴氏扶阳学术流派治疗阳虚发热证经验浅析

阳虚发热多属内伤发热的范畴,以扶阳学术流派及温补学派论述较多。在扶阳学术流派为阳虚发热,治疗以辛温法为主,温肾水以引火归元,甘入脾、辛走窜,且主药附子可通行十二经脉,力在少阴,以白通汤、大回阳饮、潜阳封髓汤为主方;而在温补学派为气虚发热,治疗以甘温除大热为主,病位在脾,力在太阴,以健脾益气之补中益气汤为主方。临证论治阳虚发热,仍有诸多同道尚在概念定义、中西差异、病因病机、治法方药等发面存在疑惑,文章对云南吴氏扶阳学术流派治疗阳虚发热证经验进行简要剖析,以期为临床论治该证提供思路及方法。
