秦国政教授运用八珍升陷汤治疗阳痿临证经验

介绍秦国政教授运用八珍升陷汤治疗阳痿的临床经验。秦国政教授认为阳痿的病机关键在于本虚标实,临床治疗直指其本,善于调补气血,以填其虚。秦国政教授常以八珍汤润宗筋,以升陷汤调宗气,二者合用,治疗血虚气陷型阳痿。秦国政教授尤其注重宗气、宗筋及脾肾与阳痿之关系,倡导综合调治。秦国政教授以此法治疗血虚气陷型阳痿疗效显著,附典型案例1则,以期对阳痿的临床诊治有所启发。

To introduce professor Qin Guozheng s clinical experience in treating impotence with Bazhen-Shengxian decoction.Professor Qin believes that the key mechanism of erectile dysfunction lies in deficiency of qi and blood.Professor Qin use Bazhen decoction to nourish ancestral sinew and Shengxian decoction to mediate pectoral qi.Erectile dysfunction with insufficiency of blood and qi collapse can be treated by combining the two prescriptions.Professor Qin paid special attention to the relationship between the ancestral sinew,pectoral qi,spleen and kidney and impotence,and advocated comprehensive treatment.The treatment of erectile dysfunction by this method has achieved remarkable clinical results.Therefore,we present a typical medical case in order to provide some inspiration for clinical diagnosis and treatment of erectile dysfunction.
