中药及其成分抗肝脏缺血再灌注损伤的研究进展

Research progress in the treatment of hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury with traditional Chinese medicines and components

目的总结近年来中药防治肝缺血再灌注损伤(hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury,HIRI)的研究进展。方法通过查阅国内外文献,综述中药对HIRI的保护作用,归纳、总结中药防治HIRI的作用机制。结果中药通过抗氧化应激、抗炎症反应、调控细胞自噬和抗细胞凋亡等药理作用有效防治HIRI。结论中药能有效防治HIRI,具有多种抗HIRI机制。

Objective To summarize the research progress of traditional Chinese medicines(TCM)in prevention and treatment of hepatic ischemia reperfusion injury(HIRI)in recent years.Methods By reviewing domestic and foreign literatures,the protective effects of TCM on HIRI were reviewed,summarize and summarize the mechanism of action of traditional Chinese medicine in preventing and treating HIRI.Results TCM can effectively prevent and treat HIRI by anti-oxidative stress,anti-inflammatory reaction,regulation of autophagy and anti-apoptosis.Conclusion TCM can effectively prevent and treat HIRI with a variety of anti-HIRI mechanisms.
