学习微进程:一种生命视角的职教教学新范式的创建

摘要 面对职教教学中“要素分离”的问题,在“学习进程”理论框架下创建了“学习微进程”教学新范式。学习微进程是描述学生关于某一“任务主题”的实践与认知从低水平到高水平的进步历程,站在生命视角,学习微进程的“细胞”隐喻诠释了其在职教教学中的创新与基础意义。构建了学习微进程“点—线—面”的基本样式,即以任务、问题和概念为三个进程点,分别对应构建尝试链、反思链和解释链三条进程链,通过教学内容、方法与评价的一致性推进,综合形成职教教学要素的黏合力,并建立“任务中心”“行知有序”“学评一体”的行动策略,彰显“生命性”关照和“草根式”创建的意蕴与价值。
