摘要
开展标准的实施效果评价,掌握标准的实施情况和实施效益,对标准质量的提升至关重要。本文针对已发布绿色产品评价国家标准,从标准的技术内容、实施情况、实施效益三个方面构建了绿色产品评价标准实施效果评价指标体系,并对已发布的评价标准进行了实施效果评价。
Evaluating standard implementation effect and learning standard implementation situation&benefit are very important for improving the standard quality.This paper constructs an evaluation index system for the implementation effect of green product assessment standards from three aspects including technical content,implementation situation and implementation benefit.Besides,the evaluation of the standard implementation effect is included.
