汽车领域技术性贸易措施通报总体情况分析研究

Research on the General Situation of Notification of Technical Trade Measures in Automotive Field

当今汽车与能源、交通、信息通信等领域加速融合,已成为促进世界经济持续增长的重要引擎。发展新能源汽车是我国从汽车大国迈向汽车强国的必由之路,是我国汽车产业实现高质量发展和在全球竞争中弯道超车的战略部署。目前,我国新能源汽车产业技术水平位居世界领先地位,产业体系日趋完善、企业竞争力大幅增强,新能源汽车已成为拉动我国汽车出口增长的新引擎。但是汽车出口却受到各国技术性贸易措施的冲击,将会严重阻碍未来汽车产业发展和技术创新。本文旨在通过整理分析近十年汽车领域技术性贸易措施通报数据,提出应对本领域技术性贸易措施的解决方法,进一步推动汽车这一重要商品的对外经贸交流。

Nowadays,the accelerated integration of automobile,energy,transportation,information and communication has become an important engine to promote world economic growth.Electric vehicles are the only road for China to realize the change from a big country to a powerful country in automobile industry,which is a strategic deployment for China's automobile industry to achieve high-quality development and cultivate advanced competitiveness globally.At present,China's electric vehicle industry is in the technologically leading position in the world,with the increasingly improved industrial system and greatly enhanced competitiveness of enterprises.Electric vehicles have become a new engine to drive the growth of China's automobile export.However,the automobile export is impacted by the technical trade measures of various countries,which will seriously hinder the future development of automobile industry and technological innovation.The purpose of this paper is to put forward the solution of technical trade measures in this field by sorting out the data of technical trade measures in automobile field in recent ten years,and further promote the foreign trade and economic exchanges of automobile,an important commodity.
