烟花用黑火药发射力检测及国际标准前期研究

摘要 黑火药发射力是影响烟花燃放高度、燃放效果、爆炸直径和设置燃放安全区域最重要的参数,针对现行国际、国家标准未规定黑火药发射力参数值的问题,本文首次阐述了黑火药发射力检验原理,重点分析了药量、粒度大小、发射筒内径等对黑火药发射力检测结果的影响。结果表明:粒状黑火药发射力检测值在13.0~15.2 kg/g。建议制定黑火药发射力国际标准时其粒度宜在0.80~2.80 mm,药量/内径比在0.06~0.08 g/mm范围,黑火药发射力应大于13.0 kg/g。 The emissive force of black powder is the most important parameter which affects the height,effect and diameter of fireworks,and the key parameter to set the safety area for firework display.Given that the current international standards and national standards don't specify the parameters of black powder emissive force,this paper describes its testing principles,and analyzes the influence of quantity,particle size and inside diameter of firing cylinder on the testing results,which indicate that the emissive force of granulous black power is 13.0 kg/g~15.2 kg/g.The paper advised that when developing international standards,the size of black powder should be 0.80 mm~2.80 mm,mass/internal diameter should be 0.06 g/mm~0.08 g/mm,and the emissive force of black powder should be over 13.0 kg/g.
