数字经济赋能高校毕业生充分高质量就业的现状、趋势与挑战——基于4万名大学生的调查

Current Situation, Development Trend, and Challenge of Digital Economy Promoting More Adequate and High-quality Employment for College Graduates

党的二十大报告提出要“加快发展数字经济,推动数字经济与实体经济融合发展。”数字经济发展红利创造的大量就业岗位,日益成为高校毕业生就业重要渠道。调研显示,高校毕业生在数字经济相关行业、领域就业的比例、满意度和期望度逐年升高,与数字经济发展形成良性互促的局面。未来十年,数字经济发展规模增速快、态势稳,将为高校毕业生提供千万级就业岗位需求。当前,高校毕业生在数字经济就业面临供需结构性不匹配、生态建设不完善、部分学生择业观念保守等挑战,需要各方在资源整合、平台搭建、观点引导等方面持续优化改进。

The Communist Party of China's 20th report calls for"accelerating the development of the digital economy."The development dividend of the digital economy has created a large number of jobs and increasingly become an important channel for college graduates to find employment.The survey shows that the scale,satisfaction,and expectation of college graduates in digital economy-related industries and fields are increasing year by year.It is predicted that in the next ten years,the scale of the digital economy will grow rapidly and maintain a stable momentum,which will provide tens of millions of jobs for college graduates.At present,college graduates are faced with challenges in the digital economy,such as structural mismatch between supply and demand,imperfect ecological construction,and conservative career selection concepts of some students,which require continuous optimization and improvement in resource integration,platform building,and perspective guidance.
