基于绩效棱柱模型的大学生就业质量评价研究

The Research on Quality Evaluation System of Employment of College Graduates Based on Performance Prism Model

摘要 大学生就业离不开毕业生、企业、院校、社会等相关主体的参与。通过利益相关者的满意度、战略流程、能力和利益相关者的贡献四个维度构建绩效棱柱模型,运用层次分析法确定指标权重并对大学生就业质量进行实证研究。结果表明,高校要以就业为导向,深化校企融合、加大教育投入、增强就业支持来调动院校内外资源,全面提升高校的办学质量和大学生就业水平。 The employment of college students cannot be separated from the participation of graduates,enterprises,colleges,society and other relevant subjects.Through the four dimensions of stakeholder satisfaction,strategic process,ability and stakeholder contribution,the performance prism model is constructed.The AHP is used to conduct an empirical study on the employment quality of college students.The results show that colleges and universities should take employment as guidance,deepen the integration of schools and enterprises,increase the investment in education,and strengthen the support for employment to mobilize the resources inside and outside of colleges and universities,and comprehensively improve the quality of college running and the employment level of college students.
