供给侧视域下大学生就业指导效能影响因素研究

Research on the Factors Influencing the Effectiveness of College Students' Employment Guidance under the Perspective of Supply Side

面对就业规模不断扩大的新趋势,就业机制不断市场化的新特点和大学生就业选择个性化、多元化的新要求,不断提升大学生就业指导工作效能成为提升大学生就业质量的应然之举。从供给侧视角出发,通过对现有研究文献、政策文件和调研访谈文本的综合分析,构建出涵盖制度机制、工作队伍、服务式实践资源、参与式实践资源和课程体系等5个维度23项指标的大学生就业指导效能影响因素体系;并通过实证分析发现服务式与参与式实践资源建设对大学生就业指导具有较为显著的影响,是有效提升大学生就业指导效能的重要途径。

In the face of the new trend of expanding employment scale,the new characteristics of marketoriented employment mechanism and the new requirements of personalized and diversified employment choices of college students,continuously improving the effectiveness of college students'employment guidance work becomes a necessary action to improve the quality of college students'employment.From the perspective of supply side,through the comprehensive analysis of existing research literature,policy documents and interview texts,a factor system of influencing the effectiveness of college students'employment guidance is constructed,which includes 23 indicators from five dimensions,including institutional mechanism,work force,service-oriented practice resources,participatory practice resources and curriculum system.Through empirical analysis,it is found that the construction of serviceoriented and participatory practice resources has a significant impact on the employment guidance of college students,which is an important way to effectively improve the effectiveness of employment guidance for college students.
