摘要
劳动教育与创新创业教育具有育人目标的共通性、育人资源的共享性、育人方式的共同性和育人成效的共生性,将劳创协同从培育共通教师团队、设置共同育人目标、整合育人平台载体、构建共生评价考核指标等方面着力,构建高校劳创协同机制,有助于贯彻高校立德树人根本任务,培养学生劳动价值观、创新精神和企业家精神,是时代需求和社会发展需要。
Labour education and innovation and entrepreneurship education have the common goal of education,the sharing of education resources,the common way of education and the symbiosis of education effectiveness.By synergizing labour and innovation,we can work on cultivating a common team of teachers,setting common education goals,integrating education platforms and carriers,and constructing symbiotic evaluation and assessment indexes to build a synergistic mechanism of labour and innovation in colleges and universities,which can help implement the fundamental task of establishing moral education in colleges and universities.Cultivating students'labour values,innovation spirit and entrepreneurship is the demand of the times and the need of social development.
