摘要
空间监视能力是空间资源开发、保护国家空间资源和掌握空间实际控制权的关键保障之一,其水平直接制约着空间对抗能力的发挥.首先详细分析和梳理了美国空间监视系统的发展历程、体制变化以及关键技术,然后对美国空间监视系统普遍采用的大阵列、数字技术、宽带技术、网络化探测和分布式操作等关键技术进行了深度剖析,最后为我国的空间监视系统发展给出几点启示.
Space surveillance capability is one of the fundamental key guarantees for the development of space resources,the protection of national space resources and actual control of space,and its level directly restricts the play of space countermeasures capability.This paper first analyzes and combs in detail the development course of American space surveillance system,institutional changes and key technologies,then makes a depth analysis on the key technologies,such as massive array,digital technology,broadband technology,networked detection and distributed operation,which are widely used in American space surveillance system,and finally presents some enlightenments for the development of China’s space surveillance system.
