星载相控阵天线校正方法研究

摘要 星载相控阵天线具备在轨校正能力是保障其可靠运行的必要功能之一.针对卫星平台资源有限的现状,基于幅相检测校正算法,提出一种星地一体化校正方案.该方案在不增加星上设备的情况下,通过增加2个异频参考信号完成星地多普勒频偏抵消,通过打码控制通道移相器形成多通道正交编码调制,可以实现同时多通道高精度校正.测试结果表明,该方案可实现校正测量误差约±0.8 dB/±6°,校正补偿后幅相均方根误差为0.42 dB/2.5°;与逐通道校正技术相比,具有校正速度快的优势. The on-orbit calibration capability of space-borne phased array antenna is one of the necessary functions to ensure its reliable operation.This paper aims at the current situation of limited resources of satellite platform and proposes a space-ground integrated calibration scheme based on the amplitude-phase detection and calibration algorithm.The scheme achieves space-ground Doppler frequency offset cancellation by adding two hetero-frequency reference signals without adding on-board equipment,and then forms multi-channel orthogonal coding modulation through the coding controlling channel phase shifter,which can realize simultaneous multi-channel high-precision calibration.The test results show that the calibration measurement error by using the proposed method is about±0.8 dB/±6°,that the amplitude-phase RMS error after calibration and compensation is 0.42 dB/2.5°,and that compared with channel-by-channel correction technology,the proposed method has the advantage of faster calibration speed.The research results have a certain reference value for the on-orbit calibration design of phased array antennas.
