技能型训练模拟系统在雷达装备教学中的运用

Application of skill-based training simulation system in radar equipment teaching

为发挥技能型训练模拟系统在雷达装备教学中的训练效益,本文结合系统的组成和功能,提出了系统的运用方法,从客观指标、主观指标和目的指标三个方面分析了该系统在装备教学中的运用情况.运用结果表明,该训练模拟系统越来越广泛地运用于雷达装备教学,在装备教学中的运用占比逐年递增、人员认可度好、实践成绩提升明显,发挥出了较好的训练效益,能为学院雷达装备实战化教学研究提供参考.

In order to give full play to the training benefits of skill-based training simulation system in the teaching of radar equipment,this paper combines the composition and functions of the system to propose an application method of the system.The article analyzes the application of the system in radar equipment teaching from the three aspects of objective index,subjective index and objective index.The application results show that the training simulation system is more and more widely used in the teaching of radar equipment,with its proportion of application in the teaching of equipment increasing year by year,good recognition from the staff,and the cadets’practical performance obviously improved,and that the proposed application method of the system has brought good training benefits into play,which can provide reference for the teaching and research of radar equipment in real combat of the academy.
