摘要
逆变技术广泛应用于国防武器装备领域.近年来,在电力传动、智能电网、新能源发电等现实应用技术推动下,能实现变压变流、电气隔离及功率调节等多种功能的逆变理论和技术得到深入的发展,为此就单相隔离逆变器的主要研究成果进行了梳理总结.首先对电压型单相隔离逆变器研究进行了阐述,给出了工频隔离、高频隔离逆变器的主电路拓扑及其控制方法;然后对谐振电流型单相隔离逆变器研究进行了梳理,给出了LC串联谐振、LC并联谐振、LCC谐振、LLC谐振隔离逆变器的主电路拓扑及其控制方法;最后对单相隔离逆变器的发展趋势进行了总结.
Inverter technology is widely used in the field of national defense weapons and equipment.In recent years,driven by practical application technologies such as electric drive,smart grid,new energy power generation and so on,the inverter theory and technology that can realize multiple functions such as variable voltage and current,electrical isolation,power regulation,etc.have been deeply developed.Therefore,this paper summarizes the main research achievements of single-phase isolated inverters.Firstly,the paper elaborates the research of voltage-type single-phase isolated inverters,presenting the main circuit topology and control method of power frequency isolated and high frequency isolated inverters,then reviews the research of resonant current-type isolated inverter,presenting the main circuit topology and control methods of LC series resonant,LC parallel resonant,LCC resonant,and LLC resonant isolated inverters,and finally,summarizes the development trend of single-phase isolated inverters.
