区域创新能力对新能源汽车产业集群发展的影响研究

Research on the influence of regional innovation ability on the development of new energy automobile industrial cluster

利用区位熵测度中国各省份新能源汽车产业集群水平,发现各省份集群水平的差异较大,空间上呈现由东到西的递减态势。因此,基于区域创新和产业集群理论,采用2016—2021年省级面板数据,构建固定效应模型,实证研究区域创新投入与产出因素对新能源汽车产业集群发展的影响。结果表明,区域创新能力的投入及产出对新能源汽车产业集群水平有显著的正向作用,资金投入的作用大于人力资源投入及创新产出效果。异质性检验结果显示,区域创新投入对产业集群水平的提升作用呈现倒U型特征。因而要推动新能源汽车产业集群的高质量发展,国家相关部门应统筹新能源汽车产业布局,引导区域创新能力高的地区攻克核心技术、区域创新能力低的地区承接产业转移,实现产业的协同发展。

Using location entropy to measure the level of new energy automobile industry clusters in various provinces in China,it is found that there are large diff erences in the level of clusters among provinces,and the spatial trend is decreasing from east to west.Therefore,based on the theory of regional innovation and industrial cluster,this paper constructed a fi xed effect model by using the provincial panel data from 2016 to 2021,and empirically explored the influence of regional innovation input and output factors on the development of new energy automobile industry cluster.The results show that the input and output indexes of regional innovation capability have a significant positive effect on the level of new energy automobile industry cluster,and the eff ect of capital input is greater than that of human resources input and innovation output.The results of heterogeneity test show that the effect of regional innovation input on the improvement of industrial cluster level presents an inverted U-shaped feature.Therefore,in order to promote the highquality development of the new energy automobile industry cluster,the relevant national departments should coordinate the layout of the new energy automobile industry,guide regions with high regional innovation ability to overcome the core technology,and regions with low regional innovation ability to undertake industrial transfer,so as to realize the coordinated development of the industry.
