红色基因是驱动大学生职业生涯发展的精神内核,是激发大学生职业生涯发展的内生动力。基于交叉融合视角,深入分析红色基因融入大学生职业生涯发展的价值意蕴,明确了灌输与自觉相结合、过程与效果相结合、理论与实践相结合、守正与创新相结合的原则遵循。在此基础上,从课程、教材、场域、队伍等维度提出,为促进红色基因融入大学生职业生涯发展,应构建多元参与、多元渗透的课程体系,编撰可读性强、欢迎度高的校本教材,注重日常生活的认知、认同和实践转化,培育信念坚定、素质过硬的师资队伍。

The“red”heritage is the spiritual core that drives the career development of college students,and it is the endogenous power that stimulates their career development.From the perspective of cross-integration,the paper deeply analyzes the value implication of integrating“red”heritage into college students’career development,and clarifies the principle adherence of combining indoctrination and self-awareness,combining process and effect,combining theory and practice,and combining integrity and innovation.On this basis,from the dimensions of curriculum,teaching materials,field and team,it is proposed that in order to promote the integration of“red”heritage into the career development of college students,we should build a curriculum system with multiple participation and multiple penetration,compile school-based teaching materials with strong readability and popularity,pay attention to the cognition,identifi cation and practice transformation of daily life,and cultivate a team of teachers with firm beliefs and excellent qualifications.
