调节性T淋巴细胞在缺血性脑卒中的作用研究进展

Advances in the role of regulatory T cells in ischemic stroke

脑卒中是导致全球人口死亡和残疾的主要原因之一,其发病过程复杂且治疗方法十分有限。越来越多的研究开始关注脑卒中与免疫系统的关系,特别是具有免疫抑制效应的调节性T淋巴细胞(Regulatory T cell,Tregs)在脑卒中的作用。Tregs在很多疾病中都发挥重要的功能,本文主要从Tregs的来源、数量改变、在缺血性脑卒中的作用及可能的机制进行综述。

Stroke is a major cause of death and disability worldwide.Its pathogenesis is complex and treatment is limited.In recent years,more and more studies began to focus on the relationship between stroke and immune system,especially the role of regulatory T cells(Tregs)with immunosuppressive effect in stroke.Tregs play an important role in many diseases.This paper mainly introduces the source and quantity changes of Tregs,as well as its role in ischemic stroke and possible related mechanisms.
