凝血因子■Val34Leu基因突变与阿尔茨海默病的相关性研究

Correlation study of coagulation factor■Val34Leu gene mutation and sporadic Alzheime's disease

目的:探讨凝血因子■Val34Leu基因突变与散发性阿尔茨海默病(Sporadic Alzheimer's disease,SAD)的关系。方法:应用聚合酶链反应-单链构象多态性(Polymerase chain reaction-single-strand conformation polymorphism,PCR-SSCP)技术与随机测序的方法检测128例SAD患者和136例健康老年人的凝血因子■Val34Leu基因突变。结果:在阿尔茨海默病组发现了1例凝血因子■基因Val34Leu突变的杂合子,正常对照组不存在凝血因子■Val34Leu基因突变。结论:凝血因子■Val34Leu的突变可能与中国人群的散发性阿尔茨海默病无关。

Objective:To explore the correlation between coagulation factor■(F■)Val34Leu gene mutation and sporadic Alzheimer's disease(SAD).Methods:The mutation of FVal34Leu was detected by using polymerase chain single strand conformation polymorphismanalysis(PCR-SSCP)and random sequencing for 128 patients with SAD and 136 normal controls.Results:There was 1 F■gene Val34Leu mutation heterozygotes and no mutation of F■Val34Leu was found in 136 normal controls.Conclusion:The results indicated that F■Val34Leu mutation might have no relationship with SAD.
