摘要
目的:探讨“新医科”背景下多模态教学法在临床医学“5+3”一体化骨科临床教学中的应用效果。方法:将在科室学习的64名学生随机分为2组,分别采用传统教学和多模态教学法教学。在学习结束以后,分别进行骨科理论知识、临床实践技能以及临床病案分析的考核,并对教学的满意度进行问卷调查。结果:多模态教学组的各项成绩均优于传统教学组(P<0.05),其临床教学满意度优于传统教学组(P<0.05)。结论:多模态教学模式可以取长补短,相互借鉴,从而调动学生的积极性、主动性,更好地完成临床医学“5+3”一体化的培养目标,是一种有效的医学教育模式。
Objective:To explore the efficacy of multi-mode teaching method for clinical medicine("5+3"integration)in orthopedics clinical teaching under the background of"New Medicine".Methods:A total of 64 medical undergraduates studying in the department of orthopaedics were randomized into two groups.The traditional teaching model and multi-mode teaching method were adopted respectively.Their scores of orthopaedictheoretical knowledge,clinical operation and case analysis exams at the end of internship were compared.Meanwhile the questionnaire of satisfaction was also conducted.Results:Scores of exams and satisfaction were better in multi-mode teaching method group than those in traditional teaching group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction of teaching was better than that of the traditional teaching group(P<0.05).Conclusion:With the multi-mode teaching method,students can learn from each other and mobilize their enthusiasm and initiative,so as to better accomplish the training goal of clinical medicine specialty with"5+3"integration.It is an effective model of medical education.
