随着当前科学技术水平的日益发达和提高,建筑事业的发展在日趋加速的同时,也面对着越来越激烈的国际市场竞争。土建工程施工技术既引领了现代化建设中的新科技工艺应用,又决定了现代建筑的品质水准。现时期,因为土建工程项目整体的建设技术水平比较落后,严重限制了城市建设事业的可持续发展。本文主要阐述了土建施工质量控制过程中的一些问题,并给出了相应的策略分析,以供参考。

With the increasing development and improvement of the current science and technology levels,the development of construction industry is accelerating and also facing increasingly fierce international market competition.Civil engineering construction technology not only leads the application of new science and technology process in modern construction,but also determines the quality level of modern buildings.At present,the overall construction technology level of civil engineering projects is relatively backward,which seriously limits the sustainable development of urban construction.This paper mainly expounds some problems in the quality control process of civil construction,and gives the corresponding strategy analysis for reference.
