本文主要以建筑工程作为研究对象,针对管理过程中的全过程造价控制策略进行了研究。文章首先简要概述了全过程造价控制;其次,分析了造价控制工作面临的问题,强调了做好此项工作的意义;最后,重点从投资决策、招投标、施工以及竣工4个阶段出发,具体总结了全过程造价控制的有效手段,仅供相关人员参考。

This paper mainly takes construction engineering as the research object,and studies the whole-process cost control strategy in the management process.This paper first briefly summarizes the whole-process cost control;secondly analyzes the problems in the cost control work,and emphasizes the significance of this work;finally focuses on the four stages of investment decision-making,bidding,construction and completion,and specifically summarizes the effective means of whole-process cost control,which is only for the reference of relevant personnel.
