建筑装饰装修工程管理问题与对策探讨

随着时代的飞速发展,人们对建筑工程的需求在不断增加,更加关注居住环境的质量。其中,建筑装饰装修工程管理对工程项目的顺利开展影响颇大,有效的建筑装修装饰工程管理能够降低工程项目的成本,加快工程进度,保证最终的建筑质量与使用安全。基于此,本文尝试结合我国建筑装饰装修工程管理现状,探讨其中存在的常见问题,并提出相应的思考建议,以为后续的管理人员提供参考性意见,提高工程管理的质量。

With the rapid development of the times,people’s demand for construction engineering increases,and they pay more attention to the quality of living environment.Among them,the building decoration engineering management has a great impact on the smooth development of the engineering project,and effective management of building decoration engineering can reduce the cost of the engineering project,accelerate the progress of the project,and ensure the final construction quality and use safety.Based on this condition,this paper attempts to combine with the current situation of building decoration engineering management in China,explore the common problems and put forward corresponding thinking suggestions,so as to provide reference opinions for subsequent managers and improve the quality of engineering management.
