现浇混凝土在道路与桥梁施工中的质量通病及解决措施分析

Analysis of Quality Problems and Solutions of Cast-in-situ Concrete in Road and Bridge Construction

进一步强化道路桥梁工程项目建设过程中现浇混凝土的质量通病研究,明确其预防和处理措施,对于进一步改善结构的耐久性,延长工程项目的使用寿命,有着非常重要的现实意义。本文从桥梁工程现浇混凝土的特点入手,分析了现浇混凝土在道路桥梁施工中的常见质量通病,并提出了质量通病的解决策略,包括蜂窝防治、棱角损坏防治、实体强度较差防治和裂缝问题防治,以供有关人员参考。

It is of great practical significance to further strengthen the research on the quality problems of cast-in-situ concrete during the construction of road and bridge engineering projects,and clarify its prevention and treatment measures,for further improving the durability of the structure and prolonging the service life of the engineering project.Starting from the characteristics of cast-in-situ concrete in bridge engineering,this paper analyzes the common quality problems of cast-in-situ concrete in road and bridge construction,and puts forward the solution strategies of common quality problems,including honeycomb prevention,edge damage prevention,poor solid strength prevention and crack problem prevention,for the reference of relevant personnel.
