建筑深基坑支护工程技术及实施要点分析

摘要 当前,城市流动人口的不断增加,造成了用地紧张等一系列问题,建筑行业因此获得了极大的发展机遇,各类高层、超高层建筑比比皆是。在实际施工建设期间,为保证建筑地基良好的承重力,相关施工单位普遍使用了深基坑支护施工技术,可有效提升建筑稳定性、安全性。基于此,本文从深基坑支护技术分类入手,分析深基坑支护工程施工技术要点,并提出施工过程期间的预防性措施,以期为后续的深基坑支护工程技术提供可靠参考。 At present,the increasing urban floating population has caused a series of problems such as land shortage,so the construction industry has gained great development opportunities,and all kinds of high-rise and super high-rise buildings emerge.During the actual construction period,in order to ensure the good bearing capacity of the building foundation,the relevant construction units generally use the deep foundation pit support construction technology,which can effectively improve the stability and safety of the building.Based on this condition,this paper analyzes the key points of deep foundation pit support engineering construction technology from the classification of deep foundation pit support technology,and puts forward preventive measures during the construction process,so as to provide a reliable reference for the subsequent deep foundation pit support engineering technology.
