“四社联动”机制在高校志愿服务活动的路径研究——以“情系黔南,助力安置”志愿服务项目为例

Research on the Path of the Mechanism of Linkage Among the Community,Social Organizations,Social Workers,and Social Volunteers for Voluntary Service Activities in Colleges and Universities:Taking the Voluntary Service Project of“Loving Qiannan and Helping the Resettlement”

高校大学生志愿服务为大学生积极投身社会实践提供了方法框架,是大学生践行人生价值观、积极参与社会发展的重要途径。但当前大学生志愿服务大多面临服务流于形式、专业性不强、缺乏保障机制等发展困境,一定程度上对大学生志愿服务持续性高质量发展产生了影响。文章通过对当前大学生志愿服务的发展困境进行论述,探讨建立大学生志愿服务联动机制的动机,进而对“情系黔南,助力安置”大学生志愿服务项目的实践过程进行研究,最终探索出大学生志愿服务共建合力在“四社联动”背景下的发展路径。

College students’voluntary service provides a method framework for college students to actively participate in social practice,and is an important way for college students to practice life values and actively participate in social development.However,college students’voluntary service at present is mostly facing development difficulties such as mere formality,lack of professionalism,and lack of guarantee mechanisms,which to a certain extent have affected the sustainable and high-quality development of college students’voluntary service.This paper discusses the development dilemma of college students’voluntary service at present,discusses the motivation for establishing a linkage mechanism for college students’voluntary service,and then conducts research on the practice process of the college students’voluntary service project,“Loving Qiannan and Helping the Resettlement”,and finally explores the development path of the co-construction and joint force of college students’voluntary service under the background of the mechanism of linkage among the community,social organizations,social workers,and social volunteers.
