高校美育工作方案、经验与发展思路——基于注意力配置研究

The Plan,Experience and Development of Aesthetic Education in Colleges and Universities in China:Research on Attention Allocation

高校美育是新时代高等教育发展的重要组成部分。该文基于注意力配置理论,采用文本分析法,对比分析24所综合性大学的美育工作举措,反思政策回应与发展特色。发现高校美育工作的方向、强度上呈现出先行先试与特色创新、响应跟随与传统沿袭的规律,反映出发展不平衡不充分的问题。高校应结合自身特色,以人才培养目标为宗旨,发挥传统优势,紧跟时代发展,创新美育工作形式,推进艺术教育整体协同发展,加强师资队伍建设,改革创新教学教法。

Aesthetic education in colleges and universities is an important part of the development of higher education in the new era.Based on the theory of attention allocation,this paper uses the text analysis method to compare and analyze the aesthetic education measures of 24 comprehensive colleges and universities,and reflect on the policy response and development characteristics.It is found that the direction and intensity of aesthetic education work in colleges and universities show the characteristics of first trial and innovation,responding to the laws of following and tradition,and reflecting the problem of unbalanced and insufficient development.Colleges and universities should combine their own characteristics,take the talent training goal as the purpose,give play to traditional advantages,keep abreast of the development of the times,innovate the work form of aesthetic education,promote the overall coordinated development of art education,strengthen the construction of teachers,and reform and innovate teaching methods.
