CT低剂量扫描在发热门诊儿童患者中的应用价值研究

摘要 目的:探讨CT低剂量扫描技术在发热门诊儿童患者中的应用价值。方法:收集医院儿童发热患者的CT资料,将病例分为五组,比较不同年龄段、不同扫描条件下的图像质量与辐射剂量,分析统计学差异。结果:肺窗图像质量主观评价上C组与E组的差异有统计学意义(F=253.529,P<0.001),A、B、D组与E组肺窗图像质量的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。各实验组纵隔窗图像与对照组的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。图像质量客观评价上,各实验组与对照组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。各实验组的辐射剂量水平均处于较低水平。结论:在发热门诊儿童患者中应用20 mA扫描有极低的辐射剂量,且能够满足肺部感染性病变的诊断要求,值得推广应用。 Objective:To explore the application value of CT low-dose scanning technology in children with fever clinic.Methods:The CT data of children with fever from January 18th to August 31st,2020 were collected,and the cases were divided into five groups.The image quality and radiation dose of different age groups and different scanning conditions were compared,and the statistical differences were analyzed.Results:Subjective evaluation of lung window image quality showed that there was a significant difference between Group C and Group E(F=253.529,P<0.001),but there was no significant difference between Group A,B,D and Group E(P>0.05).There were significant differences in mediastinal window images between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.001).On the objective evaluation of image quality,there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.001).The radiation dose level of each experimental group is at a low level.Conclusion:The application of 20 mA scanning in children with fever clinic has extremely low radiation dose,and it can meet the diagnostic requirements of pulmonary infectious diseases,so it is worth popularizing.
