针对性护理在维持性血液透析高钾血症患者中的价值

The value of nursing care in patients with hyperkalemia maintenance hemodialysis

目的:探讨对维持性血液透析高钾血症患者实施针对性护理干预对血钾水平的效果。方法:择取医院中医科80例维持性血液透析高钾血症患者,随机分为两组,各40例,对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组患者实施针对性护理,观察两组护理前后钾摄入量,检测护理前后血钾水平,统计健康知识掌握状况。结果:护理前,两组患者钾摄入量、血钾水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组患者钾摄入量、血钾水平较对照组低(P<0.05),观察组患者各项健康知识掌握率较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:对维持性血液透析高钾血症患者予以针对性护理干预,不仅可以有效避免过量摄入钾元素,继而有效控制血钾水平,同时还能促进患者提升对健康知识的认知度,提高治疗效果。

Objective:To explore the effect of targeted nursing intervention on blood potassium level in patients with hyperkalemia in maintenance hemodialysis.Methods:80 patients with hyperkalemia on maintenance hemodialysis in the Hospital were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received targeted nursing.The potassium intake before and after nursing was observed in the two groups,the blood potassium level before and after nursing was measured,and the status of health knowledge was statistically analyzed.Results:Before nursing,there was no significant difference in potassium intake and blood potassium level between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the potassium intake and blood potassium level in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The rate of mastering various health knowledge in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Targeted nursing intervention for maintenance hemodialysis patients with hyperkalemia can not only effectively avoid excessive potassium intake,and then effectively control the level of blood potassium,but also promote the awareness of patients about health knowledge.
