积极心理学联合绿色护理在精神分裂症患者中的应用

The application of positive psychology combined with green nursing in patients with schizophrenia

目的:探讨积极心理学联合绿色护理的协同护理模式对慢性精神分裂症患者社会功能缺陷的影响。方法:随机选取70例精神分裂症患者分为两组,对照组使用常规护理,干预组采用积极心理学和绿色护理协同护理模式,时长为3个月。结果:干预组患者社会能力、个人兴趣评分优于对照组,精神病表现、抑郁等不良情况明显低于对照组(P均<0.05)。治疗后干预组患者HAMD评分明显改善,相比对照组较优(P<0.05)。结论:对精神分裂症患者进行积极心理学联合绿色护理模式,能够改善精神分裂症患者的精神状态,整体情况明显好转,效果优良。

Objective:To explore the impact of collaborative nursing mode on social functional deficits in chronic schizophrenia patients.Method:A total of 70 randomly selected schizophrenia patients participated in this study,while the control group received routine care.The intervention group adopted a comprehensive nursing model for a duration of 3 months.Result:The social ability and personal interest scores of the intervention group were better than those of the control group,and the adverse conditions such as mental illness and depression were significantly lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05).After treatment,the HAMD score of the intervention group patients significantly improved,which was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of positive psychology and green nursing model can improve the mental state of schizophrenia patients,and the overall situation is significantly improved with excellent results.
