线上线下联合教学在呼吸内科住院医师培训中的效果研究

A study on the effect of online and offline combined teaching in the training of resident physicians in respiratory medicine

目的:研究线上线下联合教学方法对呼吸内科住院医师规范化培训效果的提升作用。方法:选取在某医院呼吸内科参与规范化培训的住院医师60名为研究对象,采用数字随机表法分为两组,对照组(n=30)单用线下教学法培训;研究组(n=30)采用线上线下混合教学法培训,比较组间培训效果。结果:培训后,研究组学员理论知识、病例分析以及技能操作评分高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组学员临床判断、实践治疗、独立思考、解决问题以及沟通表达评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组学员培训满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:线上线下混合教学方法用于呼吸内科住院医师规范化培训中可有效强化其临床综合能力,培训满意度更高,值得推广。

Objective:To study the effect of online and offline combined teaching methods on the improvement of standardized training effect of respiratory medicine residents.Methods:Sixty resident physicians from the Respiratory Department of Hospital who participated in standardized training were selected and divided into two groups using a digital random table method.The control group(n=30)received training solely using offline teaching methods,while the research group(n=30)received training using a mixed online and offline teaching method.The training effects between the groups were compared.Results:After training,the scores of theoretical knowledge,medical record analysis and skill operation of the research group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of clinical judgment,practical treatment,independent thinking,problem solving and communication expression in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The training satisfaction of the research group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:The application of online and offline mixed teaching method in the standardized training of respiratory medicine residents can effectively strengthen their clinical comprehensive ability,and the training satisfaction is higher,which is worth promoting.
