摘要
目的:观察微课联合以问题为基础的教学模式(PBL)在儿科医师教学查房中的效果。方法:选取某医院轮转住院医师38名,随机分为微课联合PBL组(实验组)和传统组(对照组)。教学查房前带教老师组织两组学员完成小测试,教学查房后分别向两组学员发放学习体验总评价问卷,主要调查学员对教学方案、教学策略和教学效果三个方面的评价,在轮转结束后进行出科考核,包括笔试考核和实践考核。结果:与对照组学员相比,实验组学员小测试得分和实践考核得分明显提高(P<0.05),笔试考核得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),实验组学员对于新培训模式在教学方案设计、教学策略和效果评价得分高于对照组(P<0.05)。学习体验评价的影响因素分析显示,是否取得执业医师资格证,查房内容与所学专业相关性及以往对PBL教学法的了解程度与学习效果总评价得分具有相关性(P<0.05)。结论:基于微课的PBL教学新模式在儿科教学查房中的应用效果较传统教学模式效果更好,值得推广。
Objective:To observe the effect of micro-class combined problem-based teaching model(PBL)in the teaching ward-round of pediatricians.Methods:A total of 38 resident physicians in rotation in a hospital were randomly divided into two groups:micro-class combined with PBL teaching mode(experimental group)and traditional teaching mode(control group).The teacher organized two groups of students to complete a small test before the teaching room check.After the teaching round,the general evaluation questionnaire of learning effect was issued to the two groups of students respectively,which mainly investigated the students'evaluation of teaching scheme,teaching strategy and teaching effect.After the rotation,the exam was carried out,including written examination and practical examination.Results:Compared with the control group,the test scores and practice assessment scores of the experimental group were significantly improved(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in the score of written examination(P>0.05),students scored higher in teaching scheme design,teaching strategy and effect evaluation for the new training mode(P<0.05),the analysis of influencing factors of the total evaluation of learning effect showed that whether the professional physician qualification was obtained,the content of ward round was correlated with the major,and the previous understanding of PBL teaching method was correlated with the total evaluation score of learning effect(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of PBL teaching model based on micro lesson in pediatric teaching ward-round is better than that of traditional teaching model.
