摘要
目的:探讨钉钉结合翻转课堂教学理念的新兴教学模式在骨科规培带教中的应用效果,并将其与传统教学模式进行比较。方法:2021年3月-7月开始进入某科规培的学生72人,采用随机数字表法随机分为实验组和对照组,各36人,实验组平均年龄(23.69±0.98)岁,对照组平均年龄(23.75±1.20)岁,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组均以男性为主,其中实验组男女比例为27:9,对照组为26:10,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。每组再分成3个亚组,其中每组各12人,然后再进行3个主题的骨科教学。实验组采用钉钉结合翻转课堂的教学模式,对照组采用传统的教学模式。两组都采用相同的知识测试和教学满意度问卷调查。结果:实验组学习后测试成绩优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),同时实验组对教学的满意度更高(P<0.05)。结论:钉钉结合翻转课堂的教学模式,不仅为规培生提供了一种不受时间和场地限制,也更易于接受的学习方法,同时也减轻了带教老师的工作量,提高了效率,带来了不错的教学效果。
Objective:To explore the effectiveness of the emerging teaching model of Ding Talk combined with the flipped-classroom teaching in the orthopedic training lead teaching,and to compare it with the traditional teaching model.Methods:Seventy-two students enrolled in our department from March 2021 to July 2021 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the traditional group by random number table method.The average age of the experimental group was 23.69±0.98 years old,and the average age of the control group was 23.75±1.20 years old,with no statistical significance(P>0.05).The ratio of male to female was 27:9 in the experimental group and 26:10 in the control group,with no statistical significance(P>0.05).Each group was divided into 3 sub-groups with 12 students in each group,and then orthopaedic teaching on 3 themes was conducted.The experimental group adopted Ding Talk combined with flipped classroom teaching mode,while the control group adopted traditional teaching mode.The same knowledge test and teaching satisfaction questionnaire were used for both groups.Results:The test scores of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At the same time,the teaching satisfaction of the experimental group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:The teaching model of Ding Talk combined with the flipped classroom not only provides a more acceptable learning method for the trainees that is not limited by time and space,but also reduces the workload of the instructors and improves the efficiency.
