Objective:To explore the effect of immersion nursing based on family participation on compliance of children with bronchopneumonia. Methods:A retrospective analysis was made of 72 children with bronchopneumonia admitted to hospital. They were divided into two groups by random number table, with 36 cases in each group. Both groups received routine treatment, the control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received immersion nursing based on family participation.Compare the compliance(physical exercise, diet control, taking medicine on time,self-management),symptom improvement(disappearance of shortness of breath, cough relief, fever abatement, lung moist rale disappearance)and the awareness rate of family members'disease knowledge between the two groups. Results:Compared with the control group, the observation group scored higher in physical exercise, diet control, taking medicine on time and self-management(P<0.05);The time of disappearance of shortness of breath, cough relief, fever relief and lung moist rale in the observation group was shorter(P<0.05);The awareness rate of disease knowledge of family members in the observation group, which was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:Immersive nursing based on family participation can improve the compliance of children with bronchopneumonia, improve clinical symptoms, and enhance family members'knowledge of disease.
