支气管肺炎患儿主要照顾者健康素养水平及其影响因素

Analysis of the health literacy level and related influencing factors of the main caregivers of children with bronchopneumonia

目的:探析支气管肺炎患儿主要照顾者健康素养水平,并分析相关影响因素。方法:前瞻性研究,纳入医院收治的支气管肺炎患儿90例,线性回归分析支气管肺炎患儿主要照顾者健康素养水平的影响因素。结果:90例支气管肺炎患儿主要照顾者健康素养平均(100.50±8.85)分;患儿年龄、照顾者文化程度、家庭功能以及照顾者自我效能方面的支气管肺炎患儿主要照顾者健康素养水平差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);线性回归分析结果显示,患儿年龄、照顾者文化程度、家庭功能以及照顾者自我效能是支气管肺炎患儿主要照顾者健康素养水平相关影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:年龄、照顾者文化程度、家庭功能以及照顾者自我效能是支气管肺炎患儿主要照顾者健康素养影响因素。

Objective:To explore the health literacy level of primary caregivers for children with bronchopneumonia and analyze relevant influencing factors.Method:A prospective study was conducted,including 90 children with bronchopneumonia admitted to the hospital.Linear regression analysis was conducted to investigate the influencing factors of the health literacy level of the main caregivers of bronchopneumonia patients.The results showed that the average health literacy score of the main caregivers of 90 children with bronchopneumonia was(100.50±8.85);The age of the child,the educational level of the caregiver,family function,and the self-efficacy of the caregiver.The health literacy level of the main caregivers for children with bronchopneumonia(P<0.05);The results of linear regression analysis showed that the age of the child,the education level of the caregiver,family function,and the self-efficacy of the caregiver were the main influencing factors of the health literacy level of the caregivers for children with bronchopneumonia(P<0.05).Conclusion:Age,caregiver education level,family function,and caregiver self-efficacy are the main influencing factors of caregiver health literacy in children with bronchopneumonia.
